Every order includes free shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery estimates are automatically shown at checkout once you enter your ZIP code.

Returns
We accept returns of unopened kits within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are issued once the kit is received in its original, resellable condition. Kits that have been opened, used, or are missing components are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

No. Both colors include the same complete Memories Tablecloth kit: the tablecloth, washable signing markers, embroidery thread, hoop, needle, tools, and step-by-step instructions. The difference is the box color and the moment you want to begin with.
The Memories Tablecloth is crafted from faux linen — chosen because it is beautiful, forgiving, and made to stand up gracefully to years of family gatherings, signatures, and stitching. The cloth combines elegance with ease, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced embroiderers.
The Memories Tablecloth includes pens specially chosen for this fabric. If the tablecloth is washed before the names are stitched, the ink will disappear — allowing for clean embroidery. Other permanent markers may not wash away and could remain visible behind the stitching.
Yes. Once stitched with care, each name becomes part of the cloth itself — preserved in thread to be cherished and passed down through generations.
The Memories Tablecloth is machine washable. Wash gently in cold water, with dark colors washed separately. Never wash before the signatures have been embroidered, as the ink will disappear. Line dry only — do not tumble dry — and use low heat if ironing. With proper care, the linen-like finish will be beautifully preserved for years to come.
