Returns

We accept returns of unopened kits within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are issued once the kit is received in its original, resellable condition. Kits that have been opened, used, or are missing components are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
